1) “Doctoral Program in Systems and Computing Engineering (DSC) at the Electro-Electronic Tech Park of Pernambuco (Parqtel)”

.Highlights: Integrate three Masters Programs of UPE in Engineering (Computing, Systems and Energy) and produce a technology driven Program that will address via high-level research the technological challenges of regional industry

2) “Multi-user Research Labs at the Electro-Electronic Tech Park of Pernambuco”

.Highlights: Integrate five different research labs (Cybernetics, Telematics, Energy, Bio-Engineering and Embedded Systems) as a basis for the Doctoral Program in Systems and Engineering

3) “Integrated Engineering Program for Pernambuco State-Brazil”

.Main location: Campus of POLI/UPE (including Parqtel), ITEP & other institutions of Pernambuco S&T System, Brazil
.Status: in-evaluation
.Period: 2015-2027
.Highlights: Integrate the R&D eco-system of State of Pernambuco for shortening the education period (without loss of quality) of Engineering students, while providing interiorization as the same time international exposure for all participants in all levels (namely, from high-school until PhD)
.Modality: Collaborative project
.Role: Co-Author (alongside Dr. Geraldo Eugênio – ITEP, Brazil)

4) “Ample Collaboration Agreement on All Engineering between POLI/UPE and TAMU-USA”

.Highlights: Joint Programs in Engineering, Students and Staff mobility, Joint Research Projects and eventual Fostering of Integration of  Pernambuco R&D eco-system with TAMU, including participation in above Projects (1), (2) and (3)
